Uncommon Care is now offering memberships! Whether you don’t have insurance and you’re looking for a medical home with closer following or if you have a high deductible this can help cut insurance costs as well!

Individual Memberships

$50 Monthly Payment Includes:

  • Annual physical with basic labs

  • Unlimited walk-ins for sick visits or other complaints for $75 (40% off!)

  • Unlimited telehealth visits for $75 (40% off!)

  • If you choose to pay one year at a time rather than monthly, the price goes down to $500 for the year.

Family Memberships

$125 Monthly Payment Includes:

  • An individual, a spouse, and one child

  • Annual physical with basic labs for each person on the plan

  • Unlimited walk-ins for each person on the plan for sick visits or other complaints for $75 (40% off!)

  • Unlimited telehealth visits for each person on the plan for $75 (40% off!)

  • If you choose to pay one year at a time rather than monthly, the price goes down to $1,300 for the year.

  • Any additional children will be $25 per child

Business Memberships

Monthly Payment is per employee and Includes:

  • Annual physical with basic labs for each employee on the plan

  • Unlimited walk-ins for each employee on the plan for sick visits or other complaints for $75 (40% off!)

  • Unlimited telehealth visits for each employee on the plan for $75 (40% off!)

  • Price is $50 a month per employee for up to 10 employees.

  • After 10 employees, there is a 5% discount and after 20 employees, there is a 10% discount.
